Dallas Art Fair for D Magazine

Dallas, Texas

By Caitlin Clark and Evelyn Truax

The paintings, sketches, sculptures, and mixed media at the 2026 Dallas Art Fair were striking, but the fashion held its own. On what has become one of the most dependably daring sartorial evenings on the spring social calendar, Thursday’s VIP Preview invited attendees to think outside the typical Dallas cocktail attire box. The result was a crowd that leaned into expressive, individual style: tailored suiting, vintage finds, and standout runway pieces were all in the high-low mix. Texture, color, and statement accessories were sourced from Dries Van Noten, PH5, Monse, TWP, A.W.A.K.E. MODE, and Bishop Arts’ Jowa boutique.
